You can bridge the Airport Extreme and Time Capsule together. That will give you five Gig-E output ports. You only need one of them running Wifi though - otherwise they will compete with one another.
Plug the Mini Server and NAS into one of those two. Obviously the Mini Server is the central repository. Use Home Sharing to send the files to your laptops. I guess the iPod Touch goes through the laptop for configuration. If you can wire in the AppleTV (although it is only 100Base-T), you should since you are carrying 320GB. Otherwise Wifi transfers will be a little slow.
As for all the external hard drives. You might as well hang them all off the Mac Mini (assuming they are USB). It can serve them out just as well/better than the Time Capsule or AEBS.
Not that I don't have a lot of hard drives lying about, but it seems like you might have overkill there.
As for MobileMe, if rumors are to be believed, wait a month or so and that world is going to change.
FYI, I have a server running in the basement which is hardwired into an AEBS and Linksys WRT54G, so similar to what you are proposing. The server has a 2TB Time Machine drive and a 1TB iTunes drive which is basically a 24/7 duplicate of my main computer's iTunes library. My main computer has a 640GB main drive and a 1TB media drive for my iTunes Library. I've got a couple AppleTV's (250GB and 40GB), iPhones (original and 4G), some iPods and now an iPad2.

Does anyone have a really nice presentation built with Apple's Keynote that I can show to my Microsoft Powerpoint advocates? I really would like a presentation that would blow powerpoint out of the water. I looked on apple's site for a demo but found a "How to use" video. If anyone has one please post or email me the keynote file.
Thanks!

You don't understand. The dual ethernet setup across an aggregated local network doubles the speed of the rendering or compressing multiple parts of a video render or compression job.
I understand what link aggregation does. However, i still don't think it will use all the bandwidth of a 1000 base/t connection as it will be limited by your slowest part, which i would think would be the bus of the systems/cpu/HD(if used for rendering) I have not used the software you speak of so i can't comment for sure. But i am just saying try it single connection(which is VERY fast if its 1000base/t) I have use 1000 base/t on servers at work we never max out the connection at most we use 30%.
So just check it shouldn't take long to see if it uses %100 of the single connection or not. I may very possible be wrong it may need more then a single connection. But I doubt it. 1000 Mbit/s is alot of data...of coarse thats theoretical its actually slower then that.

Hi there,
I recently reinstalled my Mac, but I forgot to backup and now I need a very important file that I deleted because I ereased the whole disk. Is there a way to get it back? I have no Time Machine backup, but it's really important.

You can't swap PSUs between these two G5.
Dual Cores have different PSU than Dual Processor ones (connectors, pinouts etc).

I wouldn't be so quick to jump on that. Last time we had a mainly phone-related conference, we had a little seminar that happened later that year, and all of a sudden, Unibody macbooks became a reality, and dual graphic-card Nvidia architectures came into being.
Still, I thought our Macbook Pro line just got an update. Quite close to the iPad announcement, actually.

As stated by spymac: The current iMac line may soon be shaken up and reconfigured, recent rumor and public information suggests.
Just weeks after confirming the discontinuation of the 15" Studio Display, retailers known to Spymac have come forward claiming continued difficulty receiving the low-end iMac CD-RW.
"This is the second delivery in a row that the [iMac CD-RWs] did not come through from Ingram Micro," says one reseller. "They're still available for order but are not arriving."
Although DigiTimes recently reported that 15" iMacs would be discontinued in October, Spymac sources confirmed that none of the other iMac configurations are experiencing ordering irregularities.
Earlier this month, Apple dropped the price of the 15" CD-RW iMac by US$100, bringing its price to $1,199.
"The 17" model continues to sell great," concludes the reseller. "Perhaps this marks the beginning of an additional 17" model to the line?"
Current sources did not immediately respond to questions; more information as it becomes available.
Although I'm not in the market for a new desktop (my 15" iMac is doing fine:D )
I'm excited to see what changes are going to be made to the iMac. I hope the style stays for a while though, I'd hate to see them put out a whole new iMac until mid or late 2003.

This is my first Mac. This is my first desktop since 1998. This is my first computer period since 2006.
Ever since I got my iPad on release day last year I stopped using my PC.
That all being said, I realize now that things are missing. Stuff i used to have run through my PC (media), doing all my backups and updates on my work computer, and now my photography is getting disorganized (i keep it on an external drive at the office). Its time to get a computer for real.
But I can't decide whether or not I need, or should get, anything more than the base 21.5. I will need photoshop and lightroom, but other than playing a few games, i can't think of anything that is resource intensive (ok, ripping and encoding videos would be).
It just seems like most people here get the 27 or the i7 and all of the upgrades, and I'm wondering, what am i really missing with the smaller one?

Thanks robbie. Yep, I knew about the search feature, but that doesn't help if you don't know the exact spelling as the search engine appears to be limited in how it works.

Option 1 (Save Upto $215) + Option 2 (Save Upto $200) = $415

An additional $20 amount per month need to pay to use wireless hotspot feature of iPhone 4.For a simple feature there is no point to pay $240 to Verizon a year when you are already paying for the data plan.

Hi everybody,
I just installed 10.7 on my 2009 2.53 Mini & here are the benchmarks from both Xbench and Geekbench:
Thank you! :)
The improvement regarding Quartz from 10.6.6 to 10.7 is pretty significant.

But I should be able to turn ON OpenGL in Photoshop, correct ?
Yes, you can turn that on with any card. But generally it just causes things to work slower and more crashy, so Adobe doesn't turn it on.

so, I made my app and everything, and it has a few UI buttons with background images, which worked fine when it was on the computer and i was testing in iphone sim.
now, when i test on a real iphone, the buttons just show up as standard UICustomWhiteRect or whatever it is called.
here is the code i use to make them:filepath = [[NSBundle mainBundle]
